One world, one health
The Standing Committee on one Health is the First national committee focusing on One Health Initiative, this committee will make sure to enrich and sensitize national community on the big importance of this initiative, enriching scientific knowledge about emergent diseases and zoonosis.
Main Objectives:
Promote the One Health initiative in Algeria, through the organization of scientific days, and awareness campaigns.
Monthly update on news concerning infectious diseases in Algeria by creating a journal or monthly report on One Health; Must be available to the general public in Algeria.
Create a scientific and innovative atmosphere for the fight against infection of diseases of animal origin.
Gather and bring together all the actors of the health and agricultural sector.
